Kevin Cassidy is responsible for driving growth in the employer benefits insurance market across medical, pharmacy, and all employer group products including ancillary offerings. He leads HCSC’s commercial sales, account management and retention strategies for national accounts, in addition to all local markets in Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.

Kevin previously held roles such as President, National Accounts; Chief Growth Officer; and President of Employer Solutions, with proactive management of HCSC’s distribution channel including benefit consultants and insurance brokers; performance management; marketing and brand management; and product development. He also oversaw other strategic initiatives including partnerships and step-level growth opportunities.
