This summer, 170 interns are learning and contributing throughout Health Care Service Corporation. Interns are making an impact at HCSC, as each one is working on specific projects.
These students from across the U.S. and diverse backgrounds give the company fresh perspectives on challenging projects. In return, they get mentorship from experienced professionals and face time with senior executives.
The ultimate goal of the internship program is converting high-performing interns into full-time colleagues. Eighty-five interns in the last two years took full-times jobs at HCSC.
