Stephen Harris leads the company’s Medicare and Medicaid lines of business. He is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to continue accelerating HCSC’s government programs growth.

Stephen previously served as president of Medicaid, as well as Illinois Plan president, delivering growth and serving the plan’s customers and members with operational excellence.

Prior to joining HCSC, Stephen served as regional vice president of health plan operations at Molina Healthcare. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
