Robert Lembach leads HCSC’s Compliance and Audit Services teams and is responsible for promoting a strong ethical culture based on HCSC’s core values of integrity, respect, commitment, excellence and caring.

In his previous role as Chief Accounting Officer, Robert was responsible for HCSC’s GAAP and statutory accounting policy and oversaw the company’s financial audit process, financial operations, and reporting. Earlier, he served as HCSC’s Chief Audit Executive. Before joining HCSC, he held positions at a large investment bank and a Big Four public accounting firm. He is a registered CPA.
