Lisa Kelley is responsible for the overall strategic direction of HCSC's Montana Plan to drive long-term growth and financial stability. 

Lisa previously was General Counsel for the Montana Plan. She also served as HCSC’s corporate brand counsel and supported the company’s national accounts sales team. Before joining HCSC, Lisa was an attorney in private practice.
