Lisa Kelley is the President of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana. In that role, she oversees all Plan operations, including sales and account management, government and public relations, provider network management, and health care management.

Lisa previously was General Counsel for the Montana Plan. She also served as HCSC’s corporate brand counsel and supported the company’s national accounts sales team. Before joining HCSC, Lisa was an attorney in private practice.
