Laura Klempay is responsible for legal strategy, including internal and outside counsel support of all regulatory, litigation, contract, transactional, and governance matters affecting HCSC and its operating units. She also oversees government relations, health policy, and privacy. 

In her previous role as Divisional Senior Vice President and Enterprise Markets Counsel, Laura led the legal teams supporting commercial market operations, including Dearborn Group, across HCSC’s geographies. Before joining the company, she practiced complex commercial litigation at a major law firm in Chicago.
