Greg Brown leads strategy and operations for HCSC’s Customer Service organization, which includes member services, payment services, provider services, enrollment, and implementation.

Greg has extensive experience leading transformational change while running large-scale contact center and back-office operations. Since joining HCSC, he has created operational centers of excellence that have contributed to the division’s success, including for workforce management, supplier management, data and analytics, and voice of the customer. He is certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt.
