Brian Snell is responsible for the overall financial performance, long-term growth strategy and strategic planning for HCSC's Illinois Plan.

Brian has more than 30 years of experience with the company, serving in roles of increasing scope and responsibilities. He most recently served as divisional senior vice president Illinois group markets, with extensive knowledge of the needs of Illinois consumers, businesses and other stakeholders. In that role, he ensured the Illinois Plan delivered customer-first operational excellence by anticipating customer needs and offering data-driven solutions.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from DePaul University.
