Lauren Macklis is responsible for sales and marketing, product development, regulatory monitoring and financial performance for individual markets products across HCSC’s five states. 

In her previous role as Divisional Senior Vice President of Retail and Network Solutions, Lauren oversaw HCSC’s value-based care strategy and operations, provider partnerships, and payment innovation and analytics. Prior to that, Lauren served as Vice President of Divisional Strategy and Analytics, accountable for developing business strategy for Medicare, Medicaid and Individual and Family Markets. Before joining HCSC in 2011, she led strategic planning and business development teams at Rush University Medical Center. Lauren has a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.
