Anne Rote is responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen HCSC’s Medicaid operations and grow membership.

Rote is a managed care executive with more than 25 years of experience developing and operating programs to support individuals covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace health plans. Before joining HCSC, Anne held leadership positions with Molina Healthcare, Aetna and Optum. She has an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree from Rice University.
