HCSC Reaffirms its Commitment to Individual Markets in 2026

CHICAGO — Health Care Service Corporation, which offers individual Affordable Care Act-compliant qualified health plans across five states, reaffirms its commitment to participating in the 2026 Marketplace.

The company has been in business for nearly a century, with a long track record of expanding access for members. Its stable record and strong provider network are why members choose HCSC health plans.

“We have supported the Affordable Care Act Marketplace from its beginning and believe everyone should have access to health care,” said Mark Tomaszewski, Vice President of Individual and Family Markets. “We have thoughtfully evolved our product portfolio to meet consumer needs in a dynamic marketplace across the five states in which HCSC participates.”

HCSC’s ACA plans have at least one product in all counties in Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas, and looks to further expansion opportunities.

Though premiums can vary by geography, HCSC is committed to providing broad and seamless access to the states we serve.

Open enrollment for the federal and state marketplace plans typically begins Nov. 1. Visit the federal exchange at HealthCare.gov, or state-based marketplaces at GetCoveredIllinois.gov in Illinois and BeWellNM.com in New Mexico.
