Our mission at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is to promote the health and wellness of our members and communities through accessible, cost-effective, quality health care. We believe it is important to think about the interests of our members.

Our strategic vision is to provide health and financial security that is simpler, more affordable, and more accessible to as many members as possible. Simplicity, affordability and accessibility are the cornerstones in terms of how we provide value, how we translate that to health and financial security for our members, and the focus we need to succeed in this post-reform environment
