New Senior VP and Chief Human Resources Officer

 Nazneen Razi, Phd, joins Health Care Service Corporation as head of Human Resources


CHICAGO, Illinois (September 26, 2011) – Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) today announced that
Nazneen Razi will join the corporation as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. Ms. Razi will
report to Patricia Hemingway Hall, chief executive officer of HCSC. Previously, Ms. Razi served as executive vice
president and chief human resources officer for Jones Lang LaSalle.


“Nazneen brings a host of diverse experience that will be invaluable as we navigate the evolving health care
insurance environment,” said Ms. Hemingway Hall. “She will provide human resource management expertise and
leadership to ensure that we continue to appropriately invest in the dedicated employees who serve our customers
every day.” Ms. Razi will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for HCSC.


As executive vice president and chief human resource officer at Jones Lang LaSalle, Ms. Razi was responsible for
establishing and implementing a human resources strategy for the $3 billion global real estate services company.
Prior to that, Ms. Razi was executive vice president and chief administrative officer for Comdisco, Inc., a Fortune
500 global technology services company.


Before joining Comdisco, Ms. Razi held various positions of increasing responsibility at CNA Insurance
Companies including senior vice president and senior human resources officer of its risk management, and
information technology & finance departments.
