Arun Prasad has been named among Chicago United’s 2023 Business Leaders of Color. Prasad serves as Chief Strategy Officer and President of Diversified Businesses for Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC).
Chicago United’s award spotlights Chicago’s wealth of diverse leadership talent and is celebrating its 20th year. Arun Prasad is among 45 executives honored.
Prasad was recognized for his thought leadership and for elevating HCSC’s approach to corporate strategy. He is responsible for optimizing HCSC’s portfolio of companies and helped oversee the 2022 acquisition of Trustmark Health Benefits. His focus on initiatives and innovations in technology, data science and stakeholder experience also helped lead to HCSC being named by Fortune among America’s Most Innovative Companies in 2023.
