“Faith Joy” is a story about a couple struggling to become parents. On March 12, 2007 the couple became parents of a beautiful baby girl, Faith Joy Miller, who was born prematurely. They were filled with so much excitement from focusing on their precious baby that they didn’t notice bills were starting to accumulate. The mother recalls making one phone call to Blue Cross and Blue Shield and talking with a customer advocate named Becky. Based on this one phone call, Becky put the mother’s worries at ease and let the whole family focus on the newest member – Faith Joy. As a result, Becky has become a part of the family because she cared so much.
