HCSC retains full or joint ownership of a number of subsidiary companies, including:

	Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois , Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico , Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma , and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas are divisions of Health Care Service Corporation, a Mutual Legal Reserve Company, an Independent Licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
	Dearborn National is the brand name for HCSC's ancillary benefits subsidiaries, which underwrite and market group life, disability, dental, worksite and voluntary products, and individual solutions.
	Located in Oak Brook, Illinois, Dental Network of America, Inc. (DNoA) functions as a third party administrator (TPA) for all HCSC dental programs.
	A wholly owned subsidiary, MEDecision, Inc. provides a collaborative health care information exchange service as well as a platform for case management, disease management and utilization management.
	Hallmark Services Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of HCSC, provides the Direct Markets divisions of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas with administration and claim adjudication services for individual policies.
	Availity, LLC is a Delaware Limited Liability Company and partially owned subsidiary of HCSC. Availity operates a health care clearinghouse and Internet-based e-health information services on behalf of its owners and its submitters.
	HCSC Insurance Services Company (HISC), a wholly owned subsidiary of HCSC, is responsible for HCSC’s Medicare business.
	Prime Therapeutics, LLC, a partially owned subsidiary of HCSC, is a pharmacy benefit management company.
	A wholly owned subsidiary, TMG Health, Inc. provides comprehensive Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to Health Plans offering government health products (Medicare Advantage, Part D and Medicaid Managed Care).
	Bloom, a partially owned subsidiary of HCSC, helps employers define and better manage their health benefits spending through a defined contribution model.
