HCSC Recognizes Senior Staff Members

New titles/promotions reflect contributions to company’s success

CHICAGO — Health Care Service Corporation is announcing multiple promotions and consolidation of responsibilities as the company evolves to further its mission to expand access to high quality, cost-effective health care. All organizational changes are effective April 1, 2024.

Mike Frank, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Frank, who joined HCSC in 2013 when the company acquired its Montana health plan, has overseen the rapid advancement of HCSC’s capabilities while furthering the quality and resilience of our service areas.

Arun Prasad, Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer & President, Diversified Businesses has been promoted to Executive Vice President. The new title reflects his responsibilities for HCSC’s full breadth of strategic and business planning. This includes the integrated vision for HCSC’s portfolio of companies, which continues to grow and diversify with recent acquisitions of Luminare Health and the agreement to acquire multiple businesses from Cigna.

Jill Wolowitz, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer has added the role of Chief Ethics, Compliance & Privacy Officer to her responsibilities. The move further promotes HCSC’s integrated, purpose-driven and respectful company culture across the full administrative office functions. Tom Boras, who previously served as Chief Ethics, Compliance & Privacy officer, has been tapped to support HCSC’s financial and growth strategics as Senior Vice President, Finance.

Additionally, Scott Morgan has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer. In this role, Morgan will oversee all technology delivery, solutions and capabilities to drive cohesive alignment of all technology functions in a centralized team. He previously served as Divisional Senior Vice President, Chief IT Delivery & Digital Officer.
